Lysozyme (E1105) — Natural Antimicrobial Enzyme

FULLSAIL Lysozyme is a high-purity lysozyme chloride (E1105) extracted from hen egg white, widely recognized as safe (GRAS). It exerts strong hydrolytic activity against the cell walls of Gram-positive bacteria (e.g., Micrococcus luteus) by cleaving the β-1,4-glycosidic bonds between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetylglucosamine in peptidoglycan.
